I have been struggling to get back on track! I took a break from fitness and nutrition and though it felt worth it....Its hard to get back into the groove! My mom has opened a family restaurant and my son is in football. The kids are now both in school as well...SO...my days are staying very busy! Hoping to get all this under some kind of routine soon though!
I did try a cycle class last week and a few little things here and there.
Today though.......I did the following:
**Just completed the Kenpo X (boxing and kicking) from P90X - Whew! I love this shit! I think I may look into boxing classes! **
**I just completed 7 miles on my mountain bike with my hubby! WOW! That was HARD!!! Its time for a shower!
After shower - time for lunch. I am thinking a big salad! Maybe some chicken on it. Yummy.
I ended up eating a salad - iceberg lettuce, shredded cheese (just a little) breaded chicken thighs with EVOO and Red wine vinegar. Also had a roasted Chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and light mayo on whole wheat Arnolds bread.
I also had a Starbucks coffee today. It was a Venti Nonfat Toffee Mocha. So good. Then I had a Strawberry Banana Shake from Steak and Shake. (so bad but so good). I gotta get better at just saying NO to those cravings!

10 days til VEGAS! I want to loose 10 lbs in 10 days! Can I do it? We will see! :)
